Raj Yoga, Sat Sangat and the Art of Being Human

Raj Yoga, Sat Sangat and the Art of Being Human
a Kundalini Yoga workshop with Suhab Kaur
Sunday12 January, 3-6pm
The throne of Raaj Yog was perpetually given to Guru Ram Das (SGGS, 1399) In Raaj Yoga the individual is a union of the polarity. It's not a duality. Kundalini Yoga was developed so that married people, family people, real people, can also experience God. (Yogi Bhajan)
Join the Guru Ram Das Project and Suhab Kaur to celebrate the legacy of Guru Ram Das, the 4th Sikh Guru, King of Raaj Yoga, Lord of Miracles, and Yogi Bhajan's 'Personal Teacher'. In this workshop we will take inspiration from the life of Guru Ram Das, the humanology of Yogi Bhajan and the insight of the spiritual science of Karam Kriya on the numerology of 2020 (= 4) to explore the realm of the Human Heart and the 4th dimension of the Neutral Mind. Here we can discover the Truth of who we really are and, though loving devotion, serve that Truth in ourselves and others. Here is the consciousness of the We-in-me which allows us to move beyond the individual self, through community and seva, to the Universal Self.
We will practice a kriya, meditations and mantras to help us open and strengthen our hearth centre, harmonise our Neutral Mind, harness our polarities and align our creative energies towards the light of our Soul and the service of the One in all.
This workshop is offered by donation. Proceeds will benefit the Guru Ram Das Project, a UK based charity set-up with the primary aim of improving the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of the community. Please pay what you can afford. You can book online or pay in cash at the door.
