FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP WITH HARGOPAL KAUR KHALSA
Sunday 22 May, 4-7pm
Family constellations take a systemic approach. What has happened in our family in the past that is impacting us today? These can change the course which our family takes by instilling subconscious patterns (avoidance, shutting down, trauma response, fears, etc.). In a family constellation, we open up the possibility to let go of the grip of the past and embrace who we are.

SAT NAM RASAYAN TRAINING WITH JIWAN MUKTA SINGH
Saturday & Sunday 4 &5 June, 1-7pm
Sat Nam Rasayan® is an ancient healing art from Kundalini Yoga that works in the meditative space. Using their meditative mind, the healer comes into stillness, a state of profound silence called shuniya. In this neutral state of shuniya, with the distracting fluctuations of the mind suspended, the healer can become aware of and release resistances that cause emotional or physical dis-ease in the patient.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
The oldest of all traditional forms of yoga, Kundalini is considered to be the mother of all yogas. It is a comprehensive practice that includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), kriya (a series of exercises), mantra, and meditation.
It’s a spiritual practice as well as a physical one.

“Wonderful class led by a lovely teacher. Am new to kundalini and it’s totally different from the flowing yoga classes I usually do but I loved it and will be back.”
